1. Order Confirmation is made through advance payment
(Bank transfer / payment link / Apple Pay).
2. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount is non-refundable.
Instead, the customer receives store credit equal to the paid amount.
If the order is canceled on the same day of delivery and it was already prepared, the amount is non-refundable.
3. If the customer receives an incorrect item, the amount will be refunded or the correct item will be resent, with delivery fees covered by us.
4. If the customer receives an item that doesn’t meet quality standards, the amount will be refunded and the customer will receive 20% off their next order.
